The Arden Forest CofE Multi Academy Trust
Welcome to the Arden Forest C of E Multi Academy Trust website. The MAT was formed in April 2018 with three schools who were committed to the achievement and wellbeing of every individual in their schools and who also wanted to commit to a close collaboration to further benefit the children.
Our approach to school improvement champions the sharing of best practice through promoting creative thinking and innovation. Every opportunity for schools to support each other, without compromising success, is explored to further develop our staff and the children who attend our schools.
The formation of the MAT has allowed us to share expertise and resources as well as identify joint training opportunities. Our children benefit greatly from the increased ability of our staff to network and learn from each other. Whilst we work closely together as a group of schools we also celebrate our differences and each school retains their own identify and their uniqueness. We value the sense of community at every level within the MAT. The MAT is not exclusive to C of E Schools and we would welcome working with any local school who shared our vision and values.

The Arden Forest C of E MAT was created to support and ‘protect’ local schools by creating a model that is built on collaboration, not a model where schools are ‘done to’ as is the case with some other MATs.
